Rainy Engagement Shoot at The Cotton Factory

When Elle asked for a more industrial vibe for her and Alvin’s shoot, I knew immediately that I wanted to shoot at the Cotton Factory. And when the rain showed up… Some folks would call it quits, and I can’t blame them! But Elle and Alvin embraced the rain, and I am so thrilled they did. The rain gives such a different vibe to the photos, and I am so happy with how they turned out. We were also rewarded with our persistence with a stunning rainbow and beautiful sunset.

For me, I had to balance an umbrella on my head, and hold my second camera in the crook of my arm to keep it dry. Elle graciously took a photo of me, which you can see at the bottom of this post.

The light, the rain, the rainbow, the sunset… all of these magical elements came together for an engagement shoot truly worthy of this wonderful couple.
